What is your return policy for online orders?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns can be made by mail or at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store location across Canada.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Laura Canada ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are always looking for ways to expand our services in the future.

How do I determine my size?

To find your perfect fit, please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide located on every product page. We offer a wide range of sizes including Petite and Plus options to ensure every woman finds her ideal silhouette.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Laura gift cards. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, you may return the items once they have been received.
