Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with their original tags and the packing slip inside the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our distribution center inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
